Join Us for Silver Sneakers at Spirit!
The Silver Sneakers program is for Medicare eligible people currently signed up with Humana , AARP Medicare Supplement and AARP Medicare Complete Provided Through Secure Horizons. These insurance plans will carry the cost of your membership.
We do, however, invite all members of 65 and over to participate in the SS program. In other words, you may join the program if you feel it suits your particular needs and you are a member of the club. Also. if you are signed up with Silver Sneakers, the whole club is at your disposition. We encourage you to exercise every day.
The Silver Sneaker classes are designed especially to “fit” the 65 and over population. They are very adaptable to suit many needs. We encourage you to try them and also invite your friends.
The Silver Sneakers group is also a very social bunch. We have programs and challenges on a fairly consistent basis. Our Barbeque Bash at Lasse’s is a favorite with many.
