Kids PE now at Spirit Wellness

Time 5:10 - 6:00 PM Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Spirit Wellness Center is now offering a class specifically targeted for kids ages 5-11. The goal is for every child to perform a solid work out while having fun in a non-competitive environment.

The cost for this class varies depending on the season length. Please contact us for individual class prices.

Classes start promptly and we do ask parents to stay away from getting involved in the class (including watching). You may take a quick look just to be comfortable, but we ask you to find something else to do during class. Both teacher and student need to have their focus on the task at hand. Rest assured that your child will be in good hands. All our instructors are certified through NESTA (National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association).
